We are happy to refund your purchase for change of mind before your order is shipped. After it is shipped, we cannot offer returns unless the product is faulty - this is for hygiene reasons, as masks are placed over the eyes and roll-ons are applied to the skin.

You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs to return your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable and all transport risk is borne by the sender. If you are shipping an item(s) over $75, you should consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you and advise whether your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
