Product Instructions

This product can be used at room temperature – just fit the mask comfortably over the face, with either the plush or gel side applied to the skin. It can also be used for Heat and Cold Therapy.

You must read all instructions before use. 

Heat Therapy  to relax, comfort and restore

1.Place mask in a clean, carousel microwave, ensuring the carousel can rotate freely.

2.Check that the gel beads are distributed evenly, and then microwave for 10 seconds. Do not leave unattended.

3.Carefully test the temperature of the mask, and if required, continue heating for 5 second intervals until the desired temperature is reached. Rotate, or massage the mask between intervals, to ensure an even distribution of temperature. Check that no part of the mask is too hot (this might occur at the edges of the mask). Take care when removing from microwave, as the product could be hot.

4.Before application, use the back of the hand to check that the temperature is safe, and suitable.

5.Fit the mask comfortably over the face, ensuring the plush side is applied to the skin (not the gel beads).

6.Before re-using, allow the mask to cool, and return to room temperature.

Cold Therapy  to soothe, relieve and refresh

1.Place the mask in this bag.

2.Lay the mask flat in the refrigerator or freezer, checking that the gel beads are distributed evenly. Refrigerate for a minimum of one hour, or freeze for a minimum of thirty minutes (recommended).

3.Carefully test the temperature of the mask, and if required, continue refrigerating or freezing until the desired temperature is reached. Rotate, or massage the mask between intervals, to ensure an even distribution of temperature. Check that no part of the mask is too cold (this might occur at the edges of the mask), and make sure the gel beads are pliable, and not frozen.

4.Before application, use the back of the hand to check that the temperature is safe, and suitable.

5.Fit the mask comfortably over the face, ensuring the plush side is applied to the skin (not the gel beads).

6.Before re-using, allow the mask to cool, and return to room temperature.

To care for your product, dampen a cloth or sponge with water, and surface clean only.
